Tomáš Bruner is a postdoctoral researcher at Peace Research Center Prague and a lawyer in private corporate sphere.


Research focus

Tomáš is interested in the relationship of law and power. In his academic work, he deals with the connections of international security and international law, especially in regard to use of force, state responsibility, human security, environmental changes or cyber security.

BACKGROUND

Tomáš studied law and jurisprudence with specialization on international public law. He also graduated in security studies and received Ph.D. from Charles University international relations programme.
