The collection 'Za Zrcadlem: Hybridní válka jako jako staronový fenomén mezinárodních vztahů' [Behind the Mirror: Hybrid Warfare as an Old-New Phenomenon of International Relations] was published! The book consists of twenty texts on the topic of hybrid warfare and hybrid threats.
These include a chapter by our researcher Vojtěch Bahenský, in which he summarizes and presents the criticisms and arguments of the concept's many critics. Among other things, the chapter warns that while the concept of hybrid warfare points to non-military instruments, Russian military reforms emphasize conventional military capabilities (p. 61).
