This pivotal event will provide an in-depth analysis of the impact of sanctions against Russia, examining their effects after nearly two years of implementation. Our distinguished speakers, each an expert in their respective domains, will offer valuable insights into the political, practical, and legal dimensions of these sanctions, drawing upon their extensive experience and expertise.

Ivan Mikloš
Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
Topic: Policy lessons derived from the sanctions.
Clara Portela
Professor of Political Science at the University of Valencia and former research fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies.
Topic: Lessons for EU sanctions policy for the future.
Nikola Kurková Klímová
Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and junior researcher at the PRCP.
Topic: Lessons learnt from the legal proceedings.
