We are pleased to invite you to our annual security conference, the Czech Security Forum 2023 co-organized by The Institute of International Relations Prague (IIR), addressing paramount themes of our time. This year's conference delves into "A.I. Revolution, Nuclear Weapons, and the Future of European Security after the War in Ukraine."
In light of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, our discussions will navigate concerns surrounding nuclear armaments and the burgeoning employment of autonomous weapon systems. Fundamental questions of deterrence and compellence are central to contemporary political and academic deliberations, necessitating a collective dialogue.
The Czech Security Forum 2023 aims to critically engage in this discourse, focusing on the efficacy of NATO's nuclear deterrence against Russia and the imperative of regulating the proliferation and utilization of autonomous weapon systems in Europe.
