The Peace Research Center Prague (PRCP), in cooperation with Institute of Political Studies and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Czech Republic, cordially invite you to the seminar “Korean Peninsula - Global Implications Of Regional Conflict”, which will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, from 15:00 at the Charles University – Karolinum building (Large Conference Room), Ovocný trh 560/5, Praha 1.
This seminar will discuss the prospects for peace on the Korean Peninsula following the Hanoi summit held in February, the meeting of the three leaders of the Republic of Korea, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the United States at the DMZ in June, and the Working-level talks between the US and DPRK held in Stockholm in October. It will consider the current situation in the DPRK, US-China relations and the Korean Peninsula, Europe’s role in the peace process on the Korean Peninsula, as well as the Czech Republic’s perspective.
