New faces at PRCP!

We are happy to announce that we have two new members in our team!

As you may have already noticed in our Annual Review, we have two new junior researchers joining us for 2021. Both are graduates of the University of Cambridge - coincidence?

Let us start with Barbora Fuksová, an archaeologist and data scientist.

Barbora has obtained her PhD in Archaeology at the University of Cambridge where she used statistical tools for the analysis of cemetery data. After 8 years working on archaeological digs all over Egypt, Barbora joined a private IT company specializing in software engineering and data science.

At PRCP Barbora will utilize her combined knowledge to enhance our quantitatively oriented research, specifically, she joined our GI3 working group.

The second new member is Nikola Kurková Klímová, an international law expert with experience from international criminal courts and Cambridge.

Nikola is currently working on her Ph.D. at Charles University, Faculty of Law. She has, besides obtaining multiple master's degrees at Charles University, completed an LL. M. degree at the University of Cambridge, specializing in Public International Law.

Nikola specializes in the judicialization of international relations and jurisdictional conflicts, and she is also a member of the Czech Centre for Human Rights and Democracy. At PRCP, she is part of the Power Shifts and World Order group.

welcome and good luck!
